CANCELLING A FAX TRANSMISSION OR RECEPTION

How to Cancel

Cancelling a Fax Send/Receive in Progress

From the fax mode initial state, press the CLEAR key.

COMM.CLEAR

1=YES, 2=NO

Press the "1" key.

The sender/recipient's name or fax number is displayed in the lower
part of the display.

Fax sending or receiving is cancelled and the fax machine returns the
initial state.

Use the following procedure to cancel a fax transmission or reception. You can also erase scanned originals from memory.
This applies to fax transmission operations (the original has been scanned into memory and is being sent)/fax reception
operations, and dual access jobs (the original has been scanned into memory, and is waiting to be sent).
