Entering Relay Groups
Before making a relay request, you must enter the relay group information (relay station, recipient). (The maximum number
of recipients depends on the relay station's restrictions on rapid dial, speed dial, group dial, and fax numbers.) You can enter a
up to 10 relay groups.
When Entering Relay Group Information

In fax mode, press the ENTRY key.

Enter the relay passcode with a user program. (See page Appendix-17)

The relay station can use automatic dialling to broadcast to other fax machines. This is convenient if
the relay station already has the recipient's fax numbers entered for automatic dialling.

You can confirm the entered relay group information by printing the Relay Group List. (See page 5-6)
Sender
●
Enter the relay station fax number.

Enter the recipient's fax number (can be stored in
automatic dialling of relay station).
Relay Station
●
Enter the sender's fax number in the Relay Passcode
(maximum of 10).
