When receiving another fax while printing out a confidential fax

If automatic reception is set, automatic substitute reception is performed.
After the confidential fax is printed the received fax is automatically printed.

If manual reception is set, you can pick up the extention telephone and
converse. After conversing you can receive a fax using remote operation
(See page 4-7). You can also receive a fax by pressing the SPEAKER key
and then the START key, however you cannot converse using this method.
You can receive a fax while another job is printing by pressing the START
key to peform substitute reception. After printing is finished, the received
fax is printed.
Note
You cannot use the Fax Data Transfer Mode with
confidential fax reception. (See page 2-17)

Enter the 4-digit passcode using the numeric keys.
●
As you enter the passcode, the hyphens (-) in on the display change to
asterisks (*).
●
If the passcode you enter is correct, the confidential fax begins
printing.
Cancelling
When you made a mistake entering the confidential box
number or passcode...
You return to step 3. Enter the information again.
