Giving Others Permission to Poll your Fax (Polling Security)
This function is used to give others permission to poll your fax machine. First, permitted fax numbers (passcodes) for polling
must be entered so that when a fax machine on the list of permitted numbers makes a polling request, polling occurs. For
information about setting polling security see page Appendix-12.
You can also turn off polling security. With polling security off, anyone can poll your fax machine.
You can use the following two types of polling security.
Polling security using fax numbers (passcodes)
