Note

Enter the group information.

●

You can enter fax numbers by pressing one or more rapid keys,
entering speed dial numbers, and by using the numeric keys.

●

You can enter a maximum of 100 numbers in a group key.

Example

Using rapid dialling

Press one or more rapid keys.
Press the START key.

Using speed dialling

Press the SPEED DIAL key.
Enter a speed dial number (000 to 149).
Press the START key.

Using the numeric keys

Enter the recipient's fax number.
Press the START key.

●

For rapid keys and speed dialling, if the recipient's name
is not set, the fax number appears on the display.

●

When entering numbers for a group dial key, you
cannot enter the same rapid key or speed dial number
twice.

●

When entering numbers for a group dial key, you
cannot enter rapid keys or speed dial numbers that
have no information stored in them.

●

When you are entering group dialling information, you
cannot enter information for another group dial key at
the same time.

When you are finished entering the group information,
press the START key.

ENTER GROUP NAME

Use the alphabetic entry keys to enter the group name,
and press the ENTER key.

●

You can enter a maximum of 20 characters.

●

For information about entering alphabetic characters, refer to the
section "HOW TO ENTER CHARACTERS". (See page 2-37)

●

After you have finished entering the group dialling information, you
return to step 3. To enter more group dial information, continue with
steps 4 through 7.

You can choose not to enter a group name by simply
pressing the ENTER key without entering any characters.

After you have entered all your group dialling
information correctly, press the CLEAR ALL key.
