3) Use hose clamps to secure hoses.
3.4 Procedure for Filling and Purging Glycol Circuit
1) Start with connector J2 on the Gyro Control Box disconnected to prevent running the glycol
pump without fluid.
2) Mix 50% ethylene glycol with 50% distilled water in fill reservoir. Refer to table below or glycol
manufacturer’s literature for freezing points.
3) Connect reservoir to cooling service ports on gyro.
