4. KEYPAD MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
a. Console space required: Approx. 3.5 W x 4 H inches (89 x 102 mm)
b. Mounting Instructions: Front mount to vessel console panel; 1.25" x 2.13" (31.8 mm x
54.0 mm) oval hole for wire harness; two 10 ‐ 32 screw holes; mount with 10 ‐ 32 locknuts,
provided. See drawing 90035 for hole locations.
c. Hardware Required: none.
d. Maximum panel thickness: .4 inches (10 mm)
e. Minimum panel thickness: .04 inches (1 mm)
5. DISPLAY MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
a. Console space required: Approx. 3 W x 3 H inches (76 x 76 mm)
b. Mounting Instructions: Front mount to vessel console panel, 2.125 inch (54 mm) hole;
with threaded mounting collar. See drawing 90009 for details.
c. Hardware required: none.
d. Maximum panel thickness: 1.38 inches (35 mm)
e. Minimum panel thickness: .06 inches (1.6 mm)
6. SERIAL COMMUNICATIONS BREAKOUT BOX
a. Console space required: Approx. 3.5 W x 4 H inches (89 x 102 mm), rear
b. Mounting Instructions: Rear mount on vessel console panel, within 1.5 ft (0.5 m) of
Serial Communications 6 ‐ Way Junction Box.
c. Hardware required: Four mounting screws for .155” (3.9 mm) diameter mounting holes.
See drawing 90018 for hole locations.
7. 24V DELAY ‐ OFF TIMER BOX
a. Space required: Approx. 8 W x 7 H inches (200 x 180 mm)
b. Mounting Instructions: Four mounting screws to primary vessel structure at four
corners.
c. Hardware required: Four mounting screws for .177” (4.5 mm) diameter mounting holes.
