BELL
This output type is always assigned to the Bell O/P but can
also be assigned to Strobe and OP 1. The output can be
programmed as either normally energised or de-energised. In
the event of an alarm condition from a Level the output will
operate. The output may be assigned to any or all Partitions
and is controlled by the appropriate bell delay and bell run
timers (see Menu 53). This output is designed to drive SCB/
SAB external sounder types.
CTRL
This output can be programmed as normally energised or de-
energised. The output operates when any zone programmed
as ‘Control’ is opened. Closing the zone does not deactivate
the output, but the subsequent opening of any ‘Control‘ zone
does deactivate the output.
The output may also be activated by pressing the two control
keys 7 and 9 on any keypad. It will remain active until the
same keys, or identical keys on another keypad are pressed
(toggled output).
DAY
This output will be active only when all Levels to which the
output is assigned are unset.
EXTF
(Entry/Exit Follow) This output will become active when any
Level entry or exit time starts and will deactivate at the end of
the entry/exit time, or if the time is terminated. Note that the
output will not work when silent set exit mode is selected.
FR L
(Fire Latch) This output will become active when a zone
which has been designated as ‘Fire’ is violated. The output
will remain active until the system is disarmed.
LEVE
(Level Set) This output will be activated when the Level
which is allocated to it is Set. The output must be pro-
grammed to only one Level.
Note: When you have selected this output type while using Menu 51:
a) Press Enter to start allocating Levels to the output.
b) Press the A, B, C, or D keys to allocate one or more Levels.
c) Press the A, B, C or D keys again to de-allocate a Level.
N/U
Not used. The output is inactive.
PA L
