Sets the relative function on/off for Temperature measurement.
Parameter: 0 | 1 | ON | OFF

Turns the relative function on for Period measurement.

Returns the relative function state of Temperature
measurement.

depends on the rate and range settings.

Sets the Temperature resolution to the maximum.
