2. Preparing for Printing

Plug the power cord fully into the wall outlet.

The surface should be level within two degrees. 
Make sure the power cord is not trapped under the machine.

 

5.

 

Press the [Power] key. 

 

The machine starts feeding ink into its print heads. 
Leave the machine idle for about seven minutes until the message "Ready" appears. 
Do not remove the plug from the wall outlet while the ink is being fed. 

 
You might hear a clicking sound while the print heads are being filled. This is not a 
malfunction and it will stop after a while. 
When the supplying of ink is complete, the power lamp changes from flashing to remaining 
lit.
