Setting Write Protection for a
User Pattern (PATTERN LOCK)

To prevent accidental erasure or editing, you can lock User
patterns.

Follow the procedures described in “Choosing a Pattern”
(p. 97) to select the User pattern to be locked.

Press [PATTERN], then [F3 (

MENU)].

Press [INC/+], rotate the VALUE dial, or press the
CURSOR [

] to move the cursor to “LOCK.”

Press [F3] to select.

The “LOCK” screen is displayed.
