Setting Menus
You can change the settings of RICOH e-Sharing Box in "Show Setting Screen" on the web browser.
You can only change the settings of the items in "Personal Settings" when you are logged in as a general
user. Log in as an administrator if you want to change other settings such as "System Settings" and
"Maintenance".
Personal Settings
You can change your password and register an e-mail address.
Specify the file format and destination on the "Personal Workflow" screen when converting files
automatically.
User Information
You can enter or change user information.
