• If an error occurs, a log file is created in the "Error" folder. The converted original files are also
moved to the "Error" folder automatically.
Example 1: Converting Documents to JPEG files
This section explains the settings for converting documents created by PowerPoint or Word to JPEG files
and receiving a notification e-mail when the workflow is complete.

Creating a Folder
Create a new folder in "1.Files" folder under the personal folder and name it "projector".
To open your personal folder, click [Open Personal Folder] on the top page.
Items to be Specified
Enter the following items in the [Destination folder], [Email destination], or [Workflow settings]
screen. After entering these items on these screens, click [Apply].
