Enter "Transferred Fax" in "Specify workflow name:".
Select "Receive fax and save" from "Select process to execute in workflow:".
Select "Received Fax" from "Select from registered destination folders:" of "Specify folder to save
processing result:", and then click [Add].
Select "My address" from "Select from registered email destinations:" of "Specify email destination for
completion notification:", and then click [Add].
After registering the workflow, the "Transferred Fax" folder is created in the "3.Workflows" folder.
Settings for transferring faxes
You need to configure the settings for transferring faxes received by an MFP to this machine, in advance.
On the system settings of the MFP, specify the "Transferred Fax" folder in the "3.Workflows" folder as the
folder to which faxes received by an MFP are transferred.
