Using Preset Shared Workflows
The machine has the following preset shared workflows:
• PDFConversion
After stored in this folder, files are automatically converted to PDF files. Converted PDF files are
stored in the "PDF" folder in the "1.Files" folder under the "AllUsers" folder.
• FaxReceivedWF
Fax messages sent to the MFP are converted to PDF files. Converted PDF files are stored in the
"FaxReceived" folder in the "1.Files" folder under the "AllUsers" folder.
• FaxSentWF
Fax messages sent from the MFP are converted to PDF files automatically. Converted PDF files are
stored in the "FaxSent" folder in the "1.Files" folder under the "AllUsers" folder.
Below explained is how to use the "PDFConversion" workflow.
1. Store files you want to convert in the "PDFConversion" folder.
This machine starts the workflow 30 seconds after the files are placed in the folder.
Converted PDF files are stored in the "PDF" folder in the "1.Files" folder under the "AllUsers" folder.
