5. Managing the Machine

This chapter explains how to turn on and off the power, how to manage the data in RICOH e-Sharing
Box, and possible solutions when error messages are displayed. It also describes the setting menus.

About @Remote

@Remote is an Internet-based support service for remotely managed multifunction peripherals.
If you use the @Remote service, the machine automatically notifies the @Remote center of a failure on
the hard disk that the machine detects. To use the @Remote service, contact your service representative.
