Uploading Files

You can upload to RICOH e-Sharing Box files taken by a smart device's camera or stored on the smart
device.
Uploaded files are stored in the "1.Files" folder under a personal folder. To change the folder to upload,
see page 52 "Changing the Folder to Upload".

Changing the Folder to Upload

1.

Tap [Upload].

2.

If the confirmation screen appears, tap [OK].

The upload screen appears.

3.

Tap a folder.

The folder selection screen appears.

4.

Tap a folder to which files are uploaded.

5.

Tap [Done].

The selected folder is specified as a folder to which files are uploaded.

• The settings for the folder to which files are uploaded are valid until they are changed.

Uploading Photographs Taken by a Camera

1.

Tap [Upload].

2.

Specify a folder to which photographs taken by a camera are uploaded.

3.

Tap [Take Photo].

The camera on your smart device starts.
