Enable Extended HDCP Authentication
- Allowed for the
Linx 3200
when a source
capable of supporting 16 compliant displays is connected to more than 16 compliant
output devices. When enabled, the system will attempt to authenticate up to 32
compliant displays for any connected source of protected content; when disabled, the
system will only authenticate a maximum of 16 displays. See commands
HDCP
and
EXtendedHDCPAUTHentication
.
■
Enable HDCP
- Enable HDCP when compliant sources and display devices are used.
If the source is not compliant, turn off HDCP for that channel.
■
Enable Downsampling
- Downsamples a 4:4:4 digital signal to 4:2:2 to correct output
color. Downsampling and upsampling are mutually exclusive. Downsampling is
normally performed on input ports; where a unique display device requires it,
downsampling may be applied to an output port. See also
DOWNSAMPLE
.
■
Enable Upsampling
- Upsamples a 4:2:2 digital signal to 4:4:4 to correct output color.
Downsampling and upsampling are mutually exclusive. Upsampling is normally
performed on input ports; where a unique display device requires it, upsampling may
be applied to an output port. DO NOT use upsample and downsample at the same
time on an input/output pair. See also
UPSAMPLE
.
■
Enable Expanded Pixel Data Range
-When enabled, the HDMI source expands the
range of pixel data values from 16-235 into full 8-bit range of 0-255. Enable expanded
pixel data range when contrast looks low; if improperly enabled, detail may be lost in
very white or very black portions of the video signal. See also
DATARaNGEXpand
.
Click
Apply to All
to use current settings on all inputs or outputs.
Note
DO NOT
use upsample and downsample at the same time on the same input/output
pair.
