19.6.4 STO Function Diagnosis and Status Indication
The normal state is that the device run normally and the STO function is in
standby stage, if either of the input channels or both are de-energized, the STO
function is activated and the device will go to safe state, at this state, the device
shuts off the outputs and disables start-up, the device stop and no rotary field
to generate any torque at the motor.
