Intended Use

Reasonably predictable Misuse

The intended use of Regent plows includes loosening and turning the
arable soil in the area of the working horizon on agricultural areas
with moderate stone content at moderate speed (<10 km / h).

Plows must be used under normal conditions of use and within the

purpose  for  which  they  were  developed.  Permissible  conditions
correspond to operation with sufficient soil moisture (no use on he

-

avily hardened and dry soils, no use in frost / soil frost), operation at
a working depth that is adapted to the soil and body shape and
operation with a towing vehicle in accordance with the permissib

-

le performance class and with sufficient dimensioned hoist.

The intended use requires the exclusive use of original spare parts
and compliance with all operating, maintenance, safety and ac

-

cident prevention regulations prescribed by the manufacturer. In
addition,  the  generally  recognized  and  country-specific  safety
and occupational health regulations must be observed. The road
traffic  regulations  of  the  legislator  must  always  be  observed  for
transport on public areas.

The plow and towing vehicle must be checked for operational sa

-

fety before each use. If a defect is found, the device must never
be put into operation.

Any unauthorized change to the device or the use of parts from

other sources exclude the manufacturer‘s liability for any damage

resulting therefrom.

¾

Faulty assembly.

¾

Failure to comply with operating or maintenance instructions.

¾

Operation with heavily worn parts.

¾

Use of unsuitable equipment or non-original spare parts.

¾

Operation with towing vehicles that exceed the permissible
performance class.

¾

Operation on heavily hardened or dry soils.

¾

Operation on soils with obstacles / barriers in the soil (large
stones, rhizomes).

¾

Operation on sites with layers of rock just below the surface or
large stones anchored in the ground.

¾

Operation of power-operated equipment or commissioning of
the towing vehicle despite people in the danger zone.

¾

Driving tight curves during plowing.

¾

Initiation of the turning process when the lifting height is too
low, possibly causing collision with the ground.
