Executes an automatic signal search and activates a function to track a drifting signal.
If the measured signal frequency is too far away from the tuned center frequency and
the level is above the threshold, the center frequency of the R&S
FSMR3 will be
changed to the new signal frequency.

This command matches the reference level to the power level of a marker.
If you use the command in combination with a delta marker, that delta marker is turned
into a normal marker.
