ESPLXD-ET Controller

ET, Rain and Adj %

Display recent ET values, rainfall amounts and Seasonal
Adjust percentages.

The ET Manager can display calculated ET values, recent rainfall
amounts, current Seasonal Adjust percentages and the number of
completed starts per program. ET values and rainfall amounts for the
last hour, day, week, and two week period are available.
