Caution:
In order to carry out a control using the “non-destructive with average tare”
mode, the standard deviation “S” of packaging mass, determined from at least
10 pieces of packaging must not be greater than 0.25 of the maximum
permissible negative error T for the nominal package mass.
During tare control the software on an on-going basis displays:
Load empty 1 / 10 - A command on process course and number of
all packages to be weighed
X - Average packaging mass in [g]
0,25T - A value of a process result condition in [g]
S - Standard deviation
Result - Result of packages control
After the user completes the last measurement of the packaging mass, the
software displays a summary, and a report from the completed process is
automatically saved in the balance’s database:
Pressing the
key causes skipping to control without saving the determined
average packaging mass of a specific product.
Pressing the
key causes skipping to control with immediate saving the
determined average packaging mass of a specific product.
