Control start:

Starting a control requires logging in a user with corresponding access level.
Caution:

Starting a control requires that an access level of the logged user is at
least <user>. If a logged user or an anonymous user have access level
set to <guest> then on control start the software opens a message box
informing on: <Unauthorized access>.

Logging procedure is described in point 9 of this user manual, and
procedure determining access level for each user is provided in point 13 of
this user manual.
