27. CONTROL OF PREPACKAGED GOODS

Working mode
< Control of Prepackaged Goods > enables carrying out a
control in accordance with a valid regulation on prepackaged goods.
A balance 3Y series features an implemented module for carrying out a control of
prepackaged goods, which is supported by a database containing products and
users. A control initiated from a balance is automatically completed on
controlling a pre-set number of packages (samples). The quantity of controlled
samples is set by the balance software and corresponds to the product batch
quantity.
After control completion, the balance enables generating a final report containing
all data required for a report on a control of prepackaged goods. The report can
be printed on a printer or sent to a computer connected to one of the balance’s
interfaces.
Control cycle scheme:

Select a product,

Start control,
•
Acquire weighing records,
•
Automatically finish control on weighing a determined number of packages
(sample),
•
Print a report from completed control.
27.1. Working mode activating procedure
•
while in the main window, press soft key located in the upper bar of the
display, which opens a submenu <Working modes> with selection of
available working modes,
•
select < PGC> mode, the software automatically returns to the main
window and displays pictogram in the upper bar,
•
Simultaneously, the bottom information bar displays a text <Start control>
and the bottom bar includes a soft key:
