Allows resetting of time and date into unit memory. This is used as the basis for the
elapsed time counter and stored calibration date.
T (time) is entered in
HOURS (up to 2 digits, 0 through 23)
MINUTES (up to 2 digits, 0 through 59)
SECONDS (up to 2 digits, 0 through 59)
D (date) is entered in
MONTHS (up to 2 digits, 1 through 12)
DAYS (up to 2 digits, 1 through 31)
YEARS (4 digits, 1991 through 2100)
