Changing the belt for the cylindrical
brush
The cylindrical brush is driven by a belt
on the left-hand side.

The cover (Fig. 42/1) of the belt is fixed
by two screws (Fig. 42/2).
1. Remove the screws (Fig. 42/2).
2. Remove the belt cover (Fig. 42/1).

3. Remove the belt (Fig. 43/1) from the
pulleys (Fig. 43/2+3).
4. Place a new belt in position.
5. Assemble the belt cover (Fig.
42/1)
and fix with the screws (Fig. 42/2).
The belt tension is set by means of a
spring mounted tension pulley
(Fig.
43/3).
