4. Take the unlocking handle
D
from the
oddments tray between the front seats.
5. Position the unlocking handle D on the dot
marking.
Carefully lever out the plastic covers C on both
sides of the hardtop.
6. Insert the unlocking handle
D
into one of the
rear hardtop locks.
Loosen fastening screw approx. 2 turns, take
off handle, and completely loosen screw by
hand (approx. 8 turns).
7. Pull out fastening screw up to stop and turn
2 turns to the left (secure against damage).
8. Repeat the procedure on the other side of the
hardtop.
9. Together with a second person on the other
side, grasp the hardtop at points
E
and
F
.
Warning!
Risk of pinching at points “F”.

Lift the hardtop evenly on both sides.
10.First lift the hardtop out of the locks at the rear.
Carefully lift the hardtop up and over the
vehicle toward the rear.
