Target Power
When the power goes above or below the range set here
with respect to the value set for the target power of the
corresponding training menu, you will be notified.
Heart Rate
Select this check box to enable alerts.
Clear this check box to not be notified.
Target Heart Rate
When the heart rate goes above or below the range set
here with respect to the value set for the target heart rate
of the corresponding training menu, you will be notified.
Cadence
Select this check box to enable alerts.
Clear this check box to not be notified.
Target Cadence
When the cadence goes above or below the range set
here with respect to the value set for the target cadence
of the corresponding training menu, you will be notified.
Note
! If two or more types go outside the ranges at exactly the same time, you
only receive the alert for one type with the priority given in the order of
power, heart rate, and cadence.
Using the Intensity Alert Function
This function calculates your intensity in real time and alerts you when it exceeds
the specified threshold value.
It calculates the ratio of multiple mean power values to the MMP curve in real time
and determines the highest value as your current training intensity.
