6.1.3.3. Connection between PC and Camera Processor

Use a specified optical fiber cable to connect between the PC and APX-i2.
The optical interface for the APX-i2 is hot-pluggable. You can connect and disconnect it
while power is on. Refer to the below figure for connection

The optical interface has two terminals: TX (transmit) and RX (receive). When
connecting one or more APX-i2’s by optical interface, opposing terminals must be
connected as if forming a loop as shown in the below figures.

Optical cables do not have polarity and can be connected in any direction.
