6.1.3.5. Installing Photron Optical Interface Driver

After connection between the APX-i2 camera and PC has been completed, the driver
software must be installed in the PC to make the whole system operational.
For instructions for hardware driver installation, refer to the attached FASTCAM Control
Software Operation Manual, section 2.3.4 Installation of driver software for Photron
optical interface.

Note: Laser safety

The optical module of this APX-i2 system uses a laser product of IEC 60825-1 Class 1.

While the system is activated, do NOT look into the optical receptacle from which a
laser beam is radiated, or incurable damage may be caused in your eye.
