To proceed with the updating operation, select « Up date Keratron Onda », press 

« OK », and wait for the operation to be completed and the software to launch. Then 
remove the USB flash drive. 

 

In  any  case,  the 

Keratron™  keeps  a  copy  of  the  previous  software  version.  If  you 

would  like  to  restore  it,  you  just  need  to  insert  the  UBS  flash  drive  and  select 
«Restore previous version» when the window shown in Figure 9-17 opens. 

 

NOTE: 

At  the  time  of  each  connection  via  Ethernet  between  PC  and 

Keratron™,  the 

Keratron™  Scout  software  compares  the  release  prese  nt  on  the  device  with  the 
release  corresponding  to  the  version  that  is  being  run  on  the  personal  computer.  If 
the  latter  release  is  more  recent  than  the  one  that  is  currently  in  use,  the  software 
could suggest or guide the operator in updating the version of Onda.exe.
