Figure 25 shows the warning message that will appear once you have pressed “Calibrate” if you are working
in Sample Feedback Mode. This message appears only if the Fine Gauge Thermocouple is far from the Set
Point value. If the Fine Gauge Thermocouple is close to the set Point value, the Self-Calibration start will
automatically.

The calibration procedure typically takes more than one hour. When the calibration is in process a reminder
icon will appear on the Temperature tab. Once the calibration is completed the reminder icon will
disappear (see Figure 26).
