sound.
VAD is used to detect the existence of voice signals, set the threshold means that the the recognition
must in above a certain volume. Larger thresholds can filter out larger background noise, but it may
also filter the smaller volume commands. If the threshold is too small may lead that the background
noise can't be filtered to prevent maloperation. Users need to set the threshold according to the
environment. The default threshold is 4, and VR_VAD_Off when starting up.
This VAD threshold is equivalent to the energy threshold in the CSMT (Cyberon CSpotter Modeling
Tool), but their definitions are not the same. User can choose one of them to use. If energy threshold >
0, user can turn off the VAD command. If user turns on the VAD command, the energy threshold can be
set as 0. After setting the threshold, VAD needs to be executed by VR_VAD_On command. The default
is VR_VAD_Off.
n:
The threshold which can be immediate value or variable. n = 0 ~ 16.

Note:
1. NY4 / NY5 / NY5+ / NY6 / NY7 / NY9T do not support this command.
2. If energy threshold > 0, RAM consumes about 300 bytes, while VAD only consumes 12 bytes.
Ex.
VR_VAD=1
; Set the VAD threshold as 1.
