Select a message used as the answering
message at [Answer message].
[Standard message]:
The message preinstalled on the FOMA terminal
is played to a caller/recipient.
[Original message]:
The recorded message is played back. The
message can be recorded up to about 15
seconds.
To record a message
Move the cursor to [Original message] and press
(Record). Recording starts and the beep
sounds when the recording ends. To stop the
recording, press
(Stop).
To play back a message
Move the cursor to a message and press
(Play).

The operation of the Record message is set.
● When the Voice Mail or Call Forwarding Service
and the Record message are set simultaneously,
and if you want to give priority to the Record
message, set the time before star ting the
answering message for the Record message
shorter than the ring time for the Voice Mail or
Call Forwarding Service.
Recording a Caller’s Message When Unable
to Answer a Call Just Receiving
<Quick record message>
Yo u c a n s t a r t t h e R e c o rd m e s s a g e f o r
temporary use when you receive a voice or
videophone call even if the Record message is
[OFF].

If three record messages are recorded when the
FOMA terminal receives a voice call, the Quick
record message function cannot be operated.
Similarly, if three videophone messages are
recorded when it receives a videophone call, the
Quick record message function cannot be operated.

answering image is displayed to the caller. Press
(V.phone) to talk to the caller. If you press
(Sub), you can answer the call with a substitute
