[Lang.1]:
The subtitle of Language 1 is displayed.
[Lang.2]:
The subtitle of Language 2 is displayed.
[OFF]:
The subtitle is not displayed.

Press to select a type of subtitles
and press .
The subtitle is set.
● Whether subtitles are provided or not depends
on the program.
● When no subtitle is provided on a program,
the subtitle is not displayed regardless of the
Caption disp set.
Displaying the Guide Display All the Time
You can set whether to display the guide
display, icon, etc. all the time in the Media
style.

You can set it only in the Media style.

Press (Func) while watching 1Seg.
The Function menu appears.

Press to select [Guide always on]
and press .
The Guide always on setting menu appears.

Press to select [ON]/[OFF] and press
.
The Guide always on is set.
● When the guide display, icon, etc. are displayed,
part of video may not be seen.
Adjusting the Image Quality
You can set the image quality of the video
portion.
 You can set it either in the Normal style or in the
Media style.
Example: For the Media style

Press (Func) while watching 1Seg.
The Function menu appears.
For the Normal style
From the Function menu, select [Display/Voice]
→ [Image quality] → an image quality.

Press to select [Image quality] and
press .
The Image quality menu appears.
[Normal]:
T h e s t a n d a rd i m a g e q u a l i t y e m p h a s i z e d
naturalness.
[Sharp]:
Sharply edged image quality.
[Dynam.]:
The clear image quality in which an edge and
contrast of an image is emphasized.

Press to select an image quality and

The image quality is set.
Setting to Adjust the Display Brightness
Automatically
You can set whether to adjust automatically
the display light brightness by the Brightness
Sensor to adapt for the surrounding brightness
while watching 1Seg.

You can set it either in the Normal style or in the
Media style.
 The brightness is adjusted according to the setting
of the Display light which set as the brightest
condition.
Example: For the Media style

Press (Func) while watching 1Seg.
The Function menu appears.
For the Normal style
From the Function menu, select [Display/Voice]
→ [Auto Disp light] → [ON]/[OFF].
