A disk error occurred as you
were hot swapping a disk.

1. Disconnect the disk shelf

from the power supply.

2. Wait 15 seconds to allow

all disks to spin down.

3. Reconnect the power

source to the disk shelf.

4. Restart the system by

entering the following
command:
