*CPU ucode err The CPU microcode update did
not occur or, in a multiprocessor
system, the microcode updates in
the CPUs do not match; that is,
they have different revisions. Yes Update the firmware to a
version that contains an
updated microcode database.
In a multiprocessor system,
ensure that both CPUs are the
same revision.
*CPU0 fan failed The CPU cooling fan is not
rotating. Yes 1. Power off the chassis.
2. Make sure that the fan
subassembly is plugged in.
3. If necessary, replace the
identified CPU fan/heat
sink assembly.
*CPU0 fan stopped The CPU cooling fan stopped
spinning or is spinning too slowly.
This can damage the CPU chip. Yes 1. Power off the chassis.
2. Replace the identified
CPU fan/heat sink
assembly.
*CPU0 power bad
*CPU1 power bad Voltage to the CPU is not within
tolerances. Yes Replace the motherboard.
*CPU speed err The CPU’s measured clock speed
does not match the expected value
for the chassis model. This
indicates problems with system
clocks and/or buses. No Replace the motherboard.
*Env-A rupt err
*Env-B rupt err
*Env-C rupt err
*Env-D rupt err One of four environmental status
monitors on the chassis cannot
interrupt the processor, which
prevents the chassis from properly
monitoring its environmental
