*Env-A stat err
*Env-B stat err
*Env-C stat err
*Env-D stat err One of four environmental status
monitors on the chassis indicates
that it cannot properly monitor its
environmental health. Yes Replace the motherboard.
*Fan(s) stopped One or more chassis fans stopped
spinning or are spinning too
slowly. If two or more chassis fans
fail, the system does not boot. Maybe Replace the chassis fan
subassembly containing the
failed fan.
*FLPY init fail
*FLPY reg error
*FLPY seek err
*FLPY track err
*FLPY head err
*FLPY format err
*FLPY read err
*FLPY setup err These messages indicate that the
diskette drive subassembly failed. No Replace the diskette drive
subassembly or replace the
