Setup of Server

Setup the sever in the following procedure

1. Install the rack

2. Install the optional units (If you bout separately)

Install the server in the rack

Refer to chapter 2

“Mounting/Unmounting the server to/from Rack”.

Connect peripheral devices such as display unit, keyboard, network devices to the

server.

Refer to chapter 2

“Connection”.

Connect the power cord to the server and the PDU, then turn the AC power on.

Configure the management LAN port on the server using the menu system of

EXPRESSSCOPE

Monitor.
