1.11 Service

Processor

Service Processor is displayed by selecting

“Service Processor”

from the menu on the left side

of the screen.
Management Firmware can be rebooted(reset) and all the hardware logs on the MGM on which
System Web console operates can be collected in

Service Processor.

(1) Clicking

“SP Reset”

enables to reset all the MGM(BMC)s configuring the system.

(2) Clicking

“Collect Hardware Log”

enables to collect hardware logs stored in

SPI-Flash-ROM in a batch by the MGM on which the system Web console operates.

(3) Clicking

“Download Hardware Log”

enables to download the log file collected in (2).

(4) Clicking

“Download Web Access Log”

enables to download and display the access log

to the system web console.
