When a user uses the ActiveX console on the Windows Vista and 7 later operating system,

the user must run the Internet Explorer as the Administrator.

Instructions

Close the Internet Explorer.

Click the

button, and choose the

”

Scroll the list of programs and search for the Internet Explorer.

Right click the Internet Explorer icon and choose the

Run As Administrator

”

Click

Continue

”

in the User Account Control window to grant the administrator access

to the Internet Explorer.
