Loading documents on the ADF

Align the document guide with the document width.

A4/

Place the side to be scanned upward, and lightly insert the
document until the document edge stops on the ADF.

Check again that the document guide match the document width.
When you load multi-page documents, the sheets are scanned from top

(top page) to bottom, sheet by sheet.

NOTE

When the document scanning starts, do not load the next document until scanning all
documents is complete. A document jam may occur.
