To set the reception protect

When the reception protect is set to “On”, only polling transmissions are

available.

Select “Rx Protect” using the cursor keys and press [Edit].

Select “On” or “Off” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

When the reception protect is set to “On”, the auto print and overwrite

settings become “Off” and cannot be set.

To set the auto print

When the auto print is set to “On”, documents received in bulletin boxes are

printed.

Select “Auto Print” using the cursor keys and press [Edit].

Select “On” or “Off” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

To set the overwrite

When the overwrite is set to “On”, previously stored documents are

overwritten by newly received documents.
