  Enter using the numeric keys, one-touch keys, speed dials, group 

numbers, or address book.

  Multiple destinations can be entered. (Max. 201: 200 destinations for 

speed dials, 1 destination by specifying with the numeric keys)

  Press [

], [DialOpt.] to enter each dialing symbol (page 3-15).

 To check or delete the entered forwarding number, refer to page 4-47.

Individual settings

•  “On” is selected in the default setting.

•   Even if you set the individual setting to “On”, faxes will not be forwarded 

until you set the overall fax forwarding to “On”.

Select “Individual” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

To forward faxes with this forwarding condition, select “On” and 
press [Enter].
