Fax Function Settings

Entering method 2: Entering a number from the

numeric keys

You can enter a destination number into a speed dial entry using the numeric

keys.

Press <Fax> to switch to the fax mode.

Enter a destination number using the numeric keys.

Press [



], [Register].

An unregistered speed dial with the smallest number is displayed.

The following operation is same as step 4 through 11 in “Entering/
Editing” (page 8-3).

Deleting a speed dial

Press <Menu>, <1>, [Enter].

Select the speed dial you want to delete using the cursor keys and
press [Delete].

You cannot delete speed dials being used for a transmission in progress,
