Storing documents in a bulletin box

• Store documents in bulletin boxes for which F-codes are used.
• Up to 30 documents can be stored in each box.
• You need to register bulletin boxes in F-code boxes (page 4-21).

Load your document and press <Fax>.

For details on how to load documents, refer to “Loading Documents”

(page 1-59).

Set the resolution and contrast as necessary.

For the setting procedure, refer to “Setting the resolution/contrast” (page

3-13).

Press <Menu>, <8>, [Enter].

Select “Store” and press [Enter].

Select “F-Code Bulletin” using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select the F-code box in which you store the document using the
cursor keys and press [Enter].
