The lower shoulder of the rim must always
be facing outward to aid removal of the tyre
(Fig. 9-10).
REMOVING AND FITTING TUBELESS
TYRES
After clamping the wheel on the turntable using
the controls (4 Fig. 4), raise the wheel using the
controls (3 Fig. 4) until the bead breaker disk on
the arm just touches the edge of the rim.
Break the bead of the deflated tyre, moving the
turntable from right to left in short intervals,
while it rotates continuously (in a clockwise
direction). Continue this operation, moving
around the edge of the rim with the disk, until
bead breaking is complete (Fig. 12).
Lubricate the bead of the tyre and the edge of
the rim with the special grease and repeat the
bead breaking procedure from the inside of the
