Connect the PLC and the master block.

Module type?

Attach remote I/O modules and remote device
modules to the control panel and the machine.

Check in the master block single module whether
it operates normally (hardware test).

Connect each module with CC-Link cables.

Set switches in the master module.

· Station No. setting switch (Section 8.6.1)
· Mode setting switch (Section 8.6.2)
· Transmission speed setting switch
(Section 8.6.3)
· Condition setting switch (Section 8.6.4)

Set switches in the remote
modules.

· Station No. setting switch
(Section 8.6.1)
· Transmission speed setting
switch (Section 8.6.3)

Check the connection status of each module
(line test).

Programming (Chapters 10 to 12)
· Program for parameter setting
· Program for communication

Start data link.

Check the preset parameter information
(parameter verification test).
