LEMON MOUSSE
Ingredients
400g condensed milk
50g natural yoghurt
200g thickened cream
100g lemon juice

3) Pour into serving glasses and allow to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Notes
This mousse is best served cold in elegant glass dishes. Use lemon zest for garnish.
This mousse can also be used as a filling in cakes and pastries.
